Another and rather major technical problems occurred on May 19 and 21, 2021 in the game Puzzles & Conquest. Now the development team is actively pursuing preventive measures to get the game in normal order as soon as possible.
On their social networks, the 37Games team writes that they are aware of the problems that have arisen:
“Dear Lord,
Some issues occurred in our game at 00:00 UTC today.
We’re working on getting them fixed as soon as possible.
Compensation will be sent via mail. Thank you for your understanding and support”.
If you are faced with the fact that you were kicked out of your Alliance, any functions in the Castle do not work, there are errors when entering and in the Campaign, then this will be fixed soon.
If your game shows more serious problems, then you should contact the technical support of the game through the developers’ official mail or their Facebook social network.
