The Infantry Barracks in Puzzles and Conquest are a building that is needed to train a foot army. You will be able to train soldiers and raise their level, fighting qualities.
The game has a standard description of the building, which sounds like this:
“Where Infantry units are trained. Upgrade tounlock more advanced units”.
Let’s start examining the features and functions of this building in our article below.
Why the Infantry Barracks is in the game?
The barracks are activated after you complete the second chapter of the Main Quest Campaign. You will need them in order to form your army. There are several types of combat unit formations in this army. Each type of warrior is responsible for its own building, which can be developed.
In total in the army you can have:
- Infantry,
- Ranged,
- Catapults,
- Cavalry,
- Traps (defense).
Infantry is needed in order to fight in close combat. When the World Map is revealed to you, you can use the Power of the Army to defeat the Hell Fortresses and Monsters.
The Heroes you recruit for your team also have stats associated with different types of troops. When forming a troop you must take into account the possibility of strengthening your army.
Infantry units in the game can have a different type of combat equipment and combat training. In order to see what opportunities this or that level of development of a soldier gives you, you should go to the internal menu of the building and scroll through the interactive images with the Infantry.
When you click on each level of development of a soldier, you will be able to see what Power a combat unit has, what Rations it consumes, what Load of the troop it gives during the March.
You can also see how many Resources will be spent on training a certain number of soldiers that are available to you (see the slider with the number of units).
Building development levels
Infantry Barracks in Puzzles and Conquest, like other buildings, can be upgraded from level 1 to level 40. At each level of improvement, you will see progress, which will give you new opportunities for training the Infantry.
To upgrade a building go to its internal menu and click on the Upgrade button. All summary data are shown in the table.

How can I find the Infantry Barracks in Puzzles and Conquest?
In order to gain access to the building you need to complete the first and second chapters of the Campaign in the game. Then access to the Barracks will automatically open, the lock will disappear from the building. You will be able to train your first warriors.
To find a building, you should go into the game and select the Main Screen of the Castle (the internal game menu in which your buildings are located). Then find the Castle (the fortress in the center of the Screen) and look a little to the left and below. Under the flying Zeppelin you will see the Infantry Barracks building on the second level of the Fortress Wall after the Castle.
In order to activate buildings (if there is a lock on them), follow the tutorial in the Main Quest. Enter the Campaign Portal and complete the missions to complete the Chapters.
With the help of the Infantry Barracks in Puzzles and Conquest you can create an army and begin conquest in your Kingdom.
